Description & Features
EasiSolv C35 Screen Wash & Stain Remover is designed to dissolve plastisol and UV inks from the screen printing mesh before removing the emulsion. This product is applied to the screen printing mesh and rinsed with water. It also contains surfactants that degrease the screen printing mesh when used as a final step in the reclaiming process. C35 is an Easiway approved stain remover, dissolving ink stains, emulsion residue and stains and ghost images from the screen printing mesh. This product has less than 100 grams per liter VOC content.

Directions for Use
Scrape excess ink from the screen.
Apply EasiSolv 35 to the (well) ink and print side of the screen. Scrub if necessary.
Squeegee excess off the screen.
Using a good high-pressure washer, spray rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the ink side and work up. Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen.
Apply an Easiway Systems, Inc.-approved emulsion/stencil remover. The screen will now be ready for reuse.
If stubborn stains remain, apply EasiSolv 35 as a stain remover and high-pressure rinse.
Remove all ink and emulsion from the screen
Apply EasiSolv 35 stain remover to the (well) ink and print side of the screen and scrub
High-pressure rinse on both sides of the screen
Slowly flood rinse your screen to activate degreasing agent.

IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a poison control center or medical facility. Do not induce vomiting. Get medical advice/attention if condition persists.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: get medical advice/attention.
Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
In case of fire: use foam, carbon dioxide, dry extinguising powder, sand to extinguish.
Store in well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Store in closed container. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/federal regulations.
